On December 15, 'Utrecht Center for Food Allergy "(UCFA) formally ratified their new cooperation. This cooperation in the field of food allergy between TNO, UMC Utrecht and the Utrecht University is now further intensified. UCFA examines the factors that influence the onset of food allergy. UCFA also aims at developing new possibilities for the treatment of food allergy.
