NPC Cell Culture Research Hotel Utrecht

The scientific focus of the Cell Culture Hotel is to provide key technologies for targeted proteomic analyses of embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) and differentiated cells. This research includes selective tagging of proteins using bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) and viral-mediated gene manipulation. We offer a variety of different epitopes for efficient tagging and purification of target proteins expressed at endogenous levels. This enables isolation of protein complexes for proteomic and genomic analyses. The hotel is part of the Netherlands Proteomics Centre (NPC).
